General:

• A contract does not exist between you and Cherokee Records until an order confirmation has been sent to you by e-mail.
  Cherokee Records reserves the right not to accept any order or to withdraw from this contract in the event of obvious or material inaccuracies caused by human or technical error.
• Prices and availability information displayed in the Online Shop are subject to change without notice.
• Prices include 19 % VAT (VAT is only charged in the EU)
• Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• All purchases from Cherokee Records are subject to German law and the exclusive jurisdiction of German courts.

Terms of payment:

• To Europe and overseas countries we deliver against advance payment only.
• You may choose one of the following methods of payment:
  -  Credit card (American Express, VISA, Master/EuroCard)
     For further information on credit card payments see also the “Security” page.
  -  Transfer to our bank account (in Euro)
  -  IMO (International Money Order) (in Euro)
  -  PayPal (Do not send money! We will request payment from you.)
• With all payment methods except for credit card please do not send money, unless you receive an order confirmation stating that all the items you ordered are in stock. This is not the order confirmation which is sent to you automatically after you have finished your order. We will send you a personal order confirmation stating availability and reservation of the items ordered.
• We will ship your order as soon as we have received the payment.

Postage and packing:

• When you proceed to the Checkout, the total charge for postage and packing will be calculated automatically, and the grand total for the order will be displayed before you provide your details and place your order.

Delivery times:

• The items you ordered will be shipped immediately after we have received the payment. All the items listed in our shop are in stock. In case an item should be sold out due to great demand, we will inform you as soon as possible, so that you can decide whether to wait until the item is in stock again or to delete the item.
• Approximate delivery time is:
  - 7 days in the EU (from receipt of payment)

Returns:

• Goods cannot be exchanged. Only defective goods which apparently show defects of fabrication or faults in material can be exchanged within 2 weeks from date of receipt.
• In case of defective goods, please contact us by e-mail first. Then we will ask you to send back the defective goods for assessment.
• Where any returned item is assessed by Cherokee Records to be defective in terms of quality and condition, you shall be entitled to a replacement item free of charge or, at our sole discretion, a refund of the price of the item. However, Cherokee Records shall have no further liability to you.
