- Enter the Online Shop by clicking “Enter the Shop” on the Shop main page.
- On the Shop start page, select one of departments on the left (CDs, LPs, ...).
- In the respective department, select the sub-department
you want to start shopping in (e.g. Modern Rockabilly & Rock’n’Roll CDs). Now the descriptions and pictures of the first ten items will be displayed. The style of each item is indicated in italics in brackets after the track listing.
- To continue with the next ten items, click “Next” at the bottom of the page.
- If you are looking for a specific item or artist, you may use the “Search”
function in the top left-hand corner.
- To put an item into your basket, simply click on the “Add to basket” button
 .
- On the basket page, you can see the items you have added. To go to the basket page
, click "Basket" in the top menu. The basket page lists the items you have added, the price of each item, shipping and the running total so far. You can remove
an item by clicking "Delete". From the basket page you can go back into the site to continue shopping.
- If you do not want to add an item to the basket right away, you may also use the
"Favourites" function by clicking the Favourites button
 . By means of this function you can store an item you find interesting in the Favourites department and then decide later on which item you
acutally would like to add to your basket.
- You can change the currency that prices are displayed in by means of the currency
conversion function. To change the currency to that of your country, click on "Pick your currency" in the top bar of the page.
- When you have finished shopping and want to place your order, go to the Basket page and
click on the "Checkout" button below the list of items. This will take you to the "Secure Checkout". Now you are asked to "Select a shipping location"
. Select the country you live in. Do not mind the "Shipping method" drop-down menu, this applies only to Germany. Now the total price including postage and packing will be displayed.
- To go to the next stage, click on the "Secure checkout"
button. This will take you to the page where you are asked to accept the terms and conditions. The ordering process will not be continued until you click on the
"I accept these terms and conditions" button.
- Accepting the terms and conditions will take you to the Secure Order Processing on the
secure server (Globe Charge). Now you are in the secure mode, which is indicated by the padlock in the status bar of your browser (see also "Security").
Fill in the form and click on the "Next" button at the bottom of the page. This will take you to
the last stage where your order is finalised by selecting the method of payment (see also "Terms & Conditions").
Select the method of payment you would like to use. If you have decided to pay by credit card, enter your credit card details in the entry fields that appear after
you have selected your type of credit card. Please make sure to enter the correct "Card verification number" which is required for processing the credit card payment (you can find
information on this number on the "Security" page.
- To complete the ordering process click on the "Send order"
button. Your order will be transmitted via a secure server to be processed.
